PATTERN PULP

San Jose: DIY Altered Books

Event Date: 24 - 11, 2011 - 2012

If you cruise around the internet like we do, you’ve probably noticed some of the impressive art and sculpture artisans have been creating with books. Maybe you look at those fanciful pieces and wonder if maybe, just maybe, that was something you could do yourself.

If you fall into that camp and you’re in San Jose, you’ll have to check out the San Jose Museum of Art’s Bookish exhibit, which showcases work inspired by books, literature, language, and the artists’ reverence for reading. Click here for more info.

San Jose Museum of Art: 110 S. Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113
