Senior Interaction Designer at R/GA

Background:
At R/GA, Senior Interaction Designers are integral to the creative process and have played pivotal roles in the conception and execution of groundbreaking multi-channel platforms for some of the most beloved brands in the world, such as Nike Plus, Nokia Vine, and NikeiD.

We seek Senior Interaction Designers with experience designing complex systems of interactions with intuitive interfaces. Preference will be given to people who demonstrate a broad range of work across commerce systems, digital marketing campaigns, multi-channel platforms, and rich internet applications.

Responsibilities:
1. Seeking a Demonstrate design best practices for teams in the creation of user interfaces, concept models, user flows and interaction design schematics.

2. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to Junior Interaction Designers.

3. Demonstrate thought leadership in at least one of the following domains; e-commerce, mobile, retail, and social media, applications
