Do you get excited by the prospect of redefining the future of how brands connect with their consumers via the mobile channel and social media?  Have you successfully launched mobile and social media initiatives?  Are you well versed in the creative possibilities of the following environments: iPhone, Android, Mobile Web, Facebook, FB Connect, and Twitter?

R/GA is seeking to hire a resourceful, inquisitive, get-it-done-by-any-means Creative Director to join it’s entrepreneurial-minded, fast-growing, and award-winning team of producers, strategists, creatives, and technologists.  Preference will be given to applicants that come from the visual design or interaction design disciplines.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

1. Have 7-10 years design or agency experience with a focus on developing interactive experiences with a heavy emphasis on emerging channels like mobile, social media, gaming, and interactive TV.

2. Have extensive experience working in an agency environment leading creative teams from ideation to implementation.  He/she must have a proven track record of delivering high-caliber mobile projects to market.

3. Be able to provide strong conceptual and creative strategic direction and be able to clearly present and sell those concepts internally and to our clients.

4. Be able to ensure a high level of creative standards for work produced by R/GA and ensure ‘flawless execution’ for all client deliverables.

5. Be results-oriented and thrive in a highly collaborative multi-discipline environment.

6. Have creative knowledge of these mobile environments: SMS, bluecasting, RFID, iVR, QR codes, mobile web, mCommerce, GPS, Native Applications; Symbian, iPhone, Android, and augmented reality.

7. Have creative knowledge of these social media environments/themes: Facebook, FB Connect, Twitter, YouTube, and social shopping.
