Responsibilities:
Reporting to RedLever’s Creative Director, the Junior Designer will be responsible for development and distribution of the RedLever brand through the creation of sales presentations and marketing materials. The Junior Designer must be a Photoshop rockstar that can easily convert designs into stunning Powerpoint presentations. Ideal candidates will be passionate about design and have the ability to communicate their ideas and concepts effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic arts or related discipline preferred.

- At least 2-3 years experience at an agency or other similar environment.

- Understand core design methodologies.

- Good communication, time management and collaboration skills.

- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

- Experience designing and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.

- Knowledge of Flash, HTML, and other web technologies a plus.
