We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer to work with the Creative Services Department and the Giro Creative Director on print and packaging for Giro products.

Easton-Bell Sports, Inc. is a leading designer, developer and marketer of branded equipment that enhances athletic performance and protection and related accessories for numerous athletic and recreational activities.

Responsibilities:
The designer in this position will work with the Giro creative director as well as our talented marketing team and outside resources to create a full spectrum of marketing materials for the Giro brand. Some of these exciting projects include packaging, catalogs, manuals, in-store signage and displays as well as tradeshow graphics and other special projects.
- Apply established design languages to new packaging and collateral
- Handle all aspects of design and production
- Develop design concepts and 3D mock-ups
- Deliver press ready files to printer
- Work closely with our Hong Kong team and overseas vendors
- Work with project managers and art directors to ensure on time delivery of all files
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Keep updated on current trends in design
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three years related experience
- Strong consumer packaged goods experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Proficiency in Macintosh OSX environment
- Fully understand the pre-press production process
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity and problem solving
- Experience with action sports industry a plus
- Traditional drawing skills
- Flexibility and the ability to handle constructive criticism are essential
- Turn around projects quickly and accurately
- Meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities to meet evolving deadlines
- Work well in a team setting
- Proactive approach to problem solving and project management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
