Background / Responsibilities:
Clio is a world-class innovator, designer, manufacturer and marketer of various skincare products and beauty appliances that are sold successfully in over 30 countries worldwide. Clio develops products that are sold under its own brand as well as under various other private brands. Clio Designs is a small but passionate group of talented individuals who thrive on being a “challenger brand” capable of competing with and in many cases beating much larger corporate brands – utilizing our savvy and skills to be more effective, efficient and ultimately more successful with a fraction of the resources.

All designers/candidates must be able to present a strong point of view and have a true understanding of design. In addition to collaborating on design, designers must have the ability to hit schedules and support our rather fast-paced sales and marketing teams, as needed.

Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience and a degree in Design
- Knowledge or experience in consumer products, branding, packaging, production and identity
- Strong, original portfolio of diverse creative work
- Self-managing, motivated and an entrepreneurial nature
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead design teams & projects as needed
- Ability to inspire others as well as quickly take direction from others
- Understanding of global trends, technology and fashion
- Strong, unique, communication and visualization skills
- Inspiring 2D Graphic skills via sketching, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Ability to deliver production files for overseas manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/production processes
